When do monthly auto payments begin?
The initial $500 website plan includes the first month of hosting after launch, so there is no separate $50 hosting charge for that month. Hosting auto payments begin in month two at $50 per month. Optional security monitoring is billed separately. Your first payment date and recurring amount will be shown before authorization.
Can I change my plan or payment method?
Use the billing-management options above for an existing subscription. Once connected, the billing portal will show the available options and when a change takes effect. Avoid starting another subscription for the same service.
What if I have a question about an invoice?
Visit Support and include your invoice reference and the item you have a question about. Leave out card numbers and other payment credentials.
